If you are not using Focus 1 you are probably spending to much for insurance. I switched to Focus 1 a few years ago when my long time insurance company raised my rates for no reason at all. Focus 1 got me better coverage for less than I had been paying before the increase! My agent Eli Clark also made sure that I not only had uninsured motorist coverage but under insured motorist coverage as well. I did not know how valuable that would be until my wife and step-son were in a serious injury accident just over a year ago, if we had not had the under insured coverage they would not have been covered for the medical treatment they needed. Thank you Focus 1!!!

I have know Mr.Eli Clark for a couple of years now but had been with our insurance agent for many years and was not considering making a change until I received a rate increase of over 50%. With news like that I called the person I had heard truly was the number one guy in our area for both insurance and customer service. Eli did not disappoint, he not only got me auto and home rates for even less than my rate increase (1/2 of what my new premium would have been) but actually increased my coverage! I spoke with Katie. She was friendly and helpful. She emailed me a quote in no time. I spent the next week discovering that Focus 1 really can get me the best rates. Just when I was ready to switch over, I bought a car for my daughter. I thought that it would take a while to update my quote. I had an email with a fresh quote in 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that I had new insurance. You need to call these people. They know what they are doing and are fast and friendly.

Mediocre service. Too focussed on new and emerging trends in insurance and not their existing customers once you are in the door. Constantly have to call back for follow-up on simple matters. Was not called about rate increases when they went up or alternative options to current coverage. Purchased a new house and never offered a review to see if coverage is adequate based on new home. In general, good sell to the customer at the beginning, poor service afterwards.

I had USAA insurance which I loved, but I thought I’d just see what Eli could do for me. He got me much better coverage and still saved me a couple hundred dollars. And I like that I have an agent here in my hometown that I can talk to face to face. I loved how great of a job they did I also switched my health insurance.
