I was disappointed with the travel agent we had. I told her clearly we did not want long days in flight. That we would rather break up the trip; however, I did not realize it until we were on the trip we had one day that was about 12 hours. I was ticked.

Very poor service. Was literally told they could not help me and had to email someone to gain access to my account. They used to have good service. What happened?
