I have waited in excess of 40 minutes each time I visit to get service by a banking professional. Today, I am already waited 30 minutes and the AC is out. The sales assosiciate has the aduacity to have the single stand alone AC blower on herself rather than on the waiting customers. Unbelievable.

I really love this bank. But cannot give 5 star cause they do not have any branch in Brooklyn. I have to go to Manhetan all the time to deposit cash or for other services. Any suggestions?
