Stan helped us get our first house mortgage. As a first time home owner we were glad and fortunate to have someone like Stan to guide us through the process of obtaining a house mortgage which is a tedious and can be a very stress full process. We found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and reachable. We have always gotten an email or cell phone return back from Stan within few minutes or within an hour which is really important if you need to close a house deal in a limited time frame. Stan was able to process our home Mortgage from start to finish in 6-7 weeks which we thought was very impressive. I would highly recommend Stan to my family or friends as a mortgage broker. Stan got our mortgage approved quickly and with as little hassle as you could possibly hope for, given the amount of documentation the application process requires. Stan was unfailingly patient as I struggled to comprehend what was being demanded of me at each stage of the process. He always made the time to explain the meaning of the language in the documents, which was often befuddling. There were charges whose meaning he explained once, then explained again later with great tact and patience after I had forgotten what they meant. Stan makes you feel like you are the priority at all times, which in my case made what easily could have been a torturous process a smooth and successful one.

I recently purchased a multifamily through Stan and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable , provided me a lot of good advices when I first started looking for a property which lead me to choose multifamily. I had some ups and downs during the process since the seller had some issues with CO, Stan was very responsive, helpful and patient throughout the process. The whole process took more than 3months due to the seller side issue, he was supportive the entire time and he was able to close within a very tight timeframe when we got the green light. I will definitely work with him again for my next purchase.
