I contacted Mr. Koba three years ago when I bought a house which needed complete renovation. He was able to get me one of the best rates and policy for home builder policy. He has been responsible and pleasant to work with. He is not pushy. Although I was supposed to finish the house in 6 months and now going to 2 1/2 years he has been able to provide me with best rates and best policies. About one year ago, pipe broke during construction and flooded the kitchen, half of the first floor, and basement. I called him and immediately he started to work on it and direct me to right responsible adjuster. Despite many up and downs he gave me appropriate recommendations to guide me through the process. In summary, he is an honest and responsible (he returns calls or emails fast) insurance broker. I have been very pleased with him and recommend him highly.
