I want to say thank you to Emmanuel and the Staff at Alpha Direct for going above and beyond for their excellent service.. I could have went with any other insurance Agency but the day when I google insurance company/agency and I made that call and i went to the office I was very please with the staff. they are very professional. The day I spoke to Ms. Tajada about the problems I had looking for car insurance and renters insurance to fit my budget she assured me that I chosen a great agency. she took the time to hear my stories and then assured me that she will try her best to make sure am happy with what Alpha Direct has to offer.. to make a long story short I walked out of the office with car, life, and renters insurance... I would greatly recommend this Agency Alpha Direct to any and everyone i come across that needs insurance..

My parents recently purchased a home and were looking for home insurance. However, as elderly individuals who spoke limited English it was difficult for them to consult with different companies to obtain quotes. I assisted them by contacting several companies until my co-worker recommended Alpha Direct Agency. I initially called and explained I was calling on behalf of my parents who spoke limited English. I was quickly reassured a Spanish speaking representative would contact them.
