I was recently served a protection order due to an alleged assault. That was the very first time I had to deal with such a traumatic experience. Although I had to endure the anguish and uncertainty of the outcome, the two motions to continue requested by the petitioner’s lawyer were indeed a blessing in disguise as it guided me to retain Attorney Fryrear with only a few days remaining prior to the rescheduled hearing date. He graciously returned my phone call to set up a meeting at his law office. My wife and I were extremely impressed by his candor and compassion. We never felt rushed during our appointments with him as he thoroughly discussed our options. My confidence then suddenly soared knowing that I was going to be represented by a reputable lawyer. At the hearing, he succinctly presented his counter argument in a calm but firm demeanor. He was able to contend convincingly that the alleged assault was inadvertent. So while the judge granted the protection order, it was only for 6 months (petitioner requested more than 1 year). I was also relieved that the other requests in the petition were not granted. My wife and I believed that Attorney Fryrear was truly a God-send. His flat-fee rate for a civil case was reasonable. I am definitely recommending him to relatives and friends. My case was DV IV, it started from last year Sept 27, 2016 which was my first date of court hearing. I met with Lance two weeks before that, I changed the DV lawyer from another local lawyer to lance after reviewing his feedback from online. I went through 4 times court hearing from Sept 27, 2016 till recent, 2017. It was less than 7 months, it was long but very happy and satisfied with the result. My case got dismissed! Thank you Lance for all of your hard work! I should say my case could be very difficult. It takes very long for Lance to talk with prosecutor, but eventually we got it done! I strongly recommend this lawyer for DV case, if you have any DV case, please talk with Lance he will always has great thoughts and ideas for you. He will investigate from beginning to the end, detailed but careful. I am really glad I met him. I will never get this far without his help and inputs! He is great lawyer and I appreciate all of what he has done for my case. I will still use him in the future but I know I will not have such case anymore. I so grateful that my roommate knew Lance! I’m a professional CDL Class A driver. I drive the mail from Seattle to post offices in Everett and north to Canada at night for the next day’s mail. The state requires yearly medical DOT checkups but when you give them the information it doesn’t get entered into their database for over a week. I was randomly stopped at a weigh station in Whatcom County and given a ticket because while I had proof of passing the exam on me, the information had not been put in the system yet. The WA State Highway patrol officer told me don’t worry it’s just a small fine but when I got to court they said it was a criminal offence and I needed a lawyer. Another driver had gotten stopped for the same reason but had only received a “show proof ticket” (he’s white I’m brown). I couldn’t get a public defender because I’m a professional driver in danger of losing my livelihood. Lance to the rescue. He saw that the report the highway patrol had filed had the date of my DOT physical right on it. Lance explained all this to the prosecution and got all the charges dropped. No thank you WA State Hwy Patrol, THANK YOU LANCE!!

I made a bad decision Lance helped through it! I was Charged with DUI, very crappy time for myself. Lance was honest, helpful and really listened to me. He had encouraging words not just we want to get the results I am looking for but for me personally too. He never lie or sugar coated it, he told me options what I was looking at and the probability of getting a lesser sentence and including how tragically unlikely it was I would win the DOL hearing. Lance and his associate did better than they told me they would and far exceed my expectations. I know I am a unicorn with my end results- DUI- dropped to reckless endangerment and we won the DOL hearing I never lost my Lic!! Well, I "loved it as much as dealing with a difficult and scary legal situation can be, Lance Fryrear is an excellent lawyer. He says what he means and does what he says. His team is also really wonderful and easy to work with. He took what was a horrible situation and turned it into the best possible outcome. I hope I never need his services again but if I ever do, he will be my first call. I wish I would have had his number when the incident happened.
