I got a traffic ticket when I missed a road closure sign on a dark stretch of road in Redmond. This was my first-ever traffic ticket, so I was considerably worried about the implications and the process to dispute the citation. Rooein’s service was in the list of recommendations provided by the legal service available through my employer. I hired Roo based on online reviews. What I really appreciated was that Roo took time to explain the options available to me, his experience on how cases like these go and what should be the strategy/priority to deal with the case. He convinced me that he was willing and committed to navigate through the potentially lengthy process so as to obtain the best possible result for me. I found Roo’s policy of charging fees for his service was very reasonable and conscientious. My main concern was to prevent this from appearing on my driving record as a moving violation. On the hearing day, Roo successfully negotiated with the prosecutor to amend the infraction to a non-moving violation, resulting in a fine, but did not affect my record. I highly recommend Roo if you are looking for a traffic lawyer. I would not think twice hiring him again, should I ever need to, god forbid!

Professional and affordable with great results! I highly recommend Roo. He got my ticket fee lowered and changed to something that would not be on my driving record saving me an insurance increase. He was great to work with from start to finish. On our first phone call, Roo thoroughly explained the process to fight my ticket and what the outcomes could be. He followed through when he said he’d get back to me and always communicated status and my options. His fees were less than some others I called that were not as thorough. There were no hidden fees (some other attorneys add more to the fee if they end up needing to do more paperwork or if it goes to court). Lastly, I liked that I got to speak with him directly from the start to learn about the process and cost instead of speaking to an assistant.

I hired Roo a couple of months back for a ticket I got for speeding 22 MPH over the speed limit. He was realistic about my chances and did not over-promise. He just explained my options and the potential outcomes of a case to me. About a month or so passed…I knew my court date was coming up, but I did not hear from him.
