Wells Fargo is hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They made a $1,000 dollar mistake on my account over two months ago. I have been into the bank twice and call online customer service twice a week trying the get the issue resolved. I have filed two claims niether of which have gotten the money back into my account. I have been repeatedly lied to and hung up on by there online customer service department. Two months later and they have still not returned the money to my account. I have no idea who to turn to at this point. The bank will not return the money and each claim I file seems to go no where. When I went into the bank the only help they could provide was dialing the 1-800 number for their online customer service and handing me the phone. Watch out for this bank they cannot be trusted with your money. I would love to close my account with them but unfortunately I have to keep the account open until they return my money.
