I would highly recommend Mr. McCormack for anyone who is in need of a criminal defense Attorney. My son needed an attorney for some trouble he had gotten himself into and we were blessed enough to find and hire Mr. McCormack. He is a straight shooter who tells it like it is, but with incredible tact and diplomacy. He truly cares about his clients and their family. He thinks outside of the box when it comes to handling his cases and works WITH his clients and their families in a realistic and honest manner. My son, who is 31 years old, has had a difficult past with his alcohol addiction and Mr. McCormack did not pass judgement or chastise him. He was just honest and sincere about the different outcomes that were possible in front of a Judge. He will listen to you and work with you in getting the best possible outcome for your case. This a firm, that I hired for to draft a response on my behalf with regard to my security clearance. They asked for $4500 initial down payment. During my nine-month relationship with them, they never sent me a bill, not even once,When the case was closed 8 months later, they sent me an additional bill asking for an additional 40% increase on top of that amount for an additional $1860. They never bothered explain or justify anything, they kept harassing me with bills to my new address, four years later they filed a suit against me to my old address. They lost on grounds of questionable billings. They are so ruthless and evil.
