If you are buying on the internet have it mailed. Went here, only two other clients waiting. the internet pick-up window was open and there is a bell to ring. Well I rang the bell and waited five minutes and no one showed, so meanwhile the other windows are empty and doing nothing. I went to the waiting line for the next available clerk. guess what no one was at any of the windows. finally a young lady showed up and asked if she could help. I gave her my receipt and she immediately gets huffy and says I should go to the internet window. I told her that I had but no-one showed. She said I should have rung the bell, I told her I did. She threw my papers to me and told me next time go the internet window. With so many good people out there looking for jobs, why do they hire rude and lazy people?

Good convenient location for being the only one in Federal Way. The person who help me was fast and courteous. However, the reason For 3 star review is because, the customer service lady beside her was so rude to her customer who she was helping with. That guy was just trying to pay with cash and she didnt have any change for it, and the guy told her, that he could pay with card. Then she started talking sh@$t in front of this guy to my customer service lady. That was just unacceptable as a customer service person!

Literally one of the slowest DMVs i have every been to. And there number system is a joke. You get to you initial two counters quickly and then they go through everysingle number again from 100-300 before you can actually get your paperwork processed. I got there at 11 and waited for my number to be called for over 3 and a half hours. There were people that were there before me still waiting when i was called. Will definitely go to a different DMV next time I need to do anything again.

We have used Federal Way Auto licensing for several years. We are very happy with their customer service. Something to note, Saturdays are very busy, so bring your patience or order your tabs online so you just have to walk up to the online window and make sure to ring the bell! They come to the window right away! We usually pick tabs up during the week and the wait times are not very long. We will continue to use them! Thank you.

Clerks are rude and messed up my address for my tabs forcing me to visit this hell hole in person. When asked to speak to the manager the clerk who barely could understand I was hung up on. Definitely going to have my tabs mailed to the kent licensing agency in the future. If i could leave negative stars I would. They need new workers and better management there very sad.

No handicapped parking at entrance, unorganized line with no "take a number" service unless you are getting a title, no accommodations for disabled people unless you bring an extra person to hold your place in line, SLOW and limited staff and No public restrooms...really ??? Left the building...going to Fife.

I was in here yesterday and the woman did not give me back my ID. I had to come in today and take a number or get in line to get it. I waited over an hour. Plus this place looks seriously ghetto. Grunge-a-roo...yuck...the one in Tacoma on 12th was always so fast and friendly...and much nicer too...

Not bad, if you need tabs. Title is a pain. Two dealership title officers, two for individuals. Been in there, where dealership title offers had no one at their counters. Individuals had to wait for the other counts to open up.....no cross service. Paying an additional fee to sit and wait.....

I was in the this office the other day to pick up my tabs. Lucky for me I went online to order them, so it was really easy to come right up to the "internet window" and ring the bell. A nice lady asked me for my drivers license and then handed me my tabs, easy as pie!

Very rude service... Had me go and do an emissions test FOR NO REASON AT ALL ... so i went down to fife and guess what ... way cheaper and I was told I did NOT need an emissions test on my vehicle ....so just save yourself the trouble and go down to fife......
