This is one of the worst customer service bank. I stepped in on 9/19/2017 and the manager left in a hurry to leave at 10.20am in the morning with just one person to help who was talking loudly in Spanish on the phone. Waited 5 minutes in the lobby and stepped out and saw 2 bank customer services representatives talking with other people outside the bank during office hours. Shameful.

Customer Service IS HORRIBLE, BAD and what is worst is the manager of this location NO customer service at all, I waited a F*^%+ Hour for them to tell me that I would have to make an appointment for te next day, RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t go to this location if you don’t want a headache!!!!

Worst customer service! Waited for the manager for about 15mins then asked the employee i first spoke to if i could get help from someone else and he said no then proceeds to tell me well she wont be available til 5! I stormed out and will never go back.

Big line only two person on the counter to help 30 people on Saturday took me 30 minutes to deposit a check the good thing is not my bank I just deposit check for the landlord zero all the way is not drop box for deposits to make it easy

Sitting for almost 45 minutes to just get access to safe deposit box. I see no urgency on accommodating clients. They should know better and schedule more people on Saturday.....

Had waited for an hour to change reset debit card pin and still waiting.. Seems like no employee has any empathy people waiting for long time. Will not use this place again
