This bank is so horrible I had to create a new password just so I could write my review.....I went in to cash 401k check (that I had previously cashed a year before with no problem). The check was drawn off of Bank of America and from Walmart. I came in my Walmart uniform on my lunch break, when I got to the lazy teller she called over the bank manager who said they could not cash my check because my driver license said Jr and they wouldn’t be able to tell if it was my check or my fathers ( mind you I’m in Walmart Uniform) I explained this to them that I work for the company pulled out my name badge they still would not not cash it, my father was in the car because he brought me to the ratchet bank, he came in presented his ID as well and said this is my sons check not mine (not to mention the address was the same as my ID) they still would not cash my check. I had to go to a check cashing place that took the time to call Merril Lynch and verified that this was my check by asking for all of my Walmart information. Had the lazy individuals at this bank took time to do their job and not sit on their ass all day maybe they would get 5 star because I would love to give them 0. Do not bank with them and I wish Walmart would use a different bank so I would never have to go back to them

Worst bank ever! Always a long line, never enough tellers even on a Friday afternoon.. Find an alternative if you can!!!!
