When we went before the judge, there were 4-5 other attorneys there with their clients. One of them was dismissed because the case was not prepared correctly. All of the others were sent home to do more work on their case before they could again appear before the judge. Mr. Berry went before the judge and because he had demanded that the facts of the case be put together correctly before the appearance, our case went forward without a hitch. At this point, I was very grateful that Berry & Tripp were my attorneys. After we left the courtroom, Mr. Berry sat with me for as long as I wanted him to answering my questions and he clearly pointed out the possibilities for my financial future along with a very clear vision of what we must comply with while we are in the BK. I will highly recommend Berry & Tripp to anyone that I meet that is faced with impending Bankruptcy. When someone goes through something like this, they not only need the best legal help that he/she can find, but also they need compassionate reassurance, which I received in each of my visits to their office by their very capable office staff .

Berry & Tripp came highly recommended to us by more than one person. We wanted an attorney that specialized in bankruptcy and was the best in the business. Dave Berry is that attorney. Dave Berry, Beth, and Kaleigh were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and we fully understood everything. On our court date, our attorney was very prepared and confident. The trustee asked us far fewer questions then all the others that had different attorneys. I believe it was because Dave had prepared our case so well. Afterward, Dave spent a lot of time going over any questions we had, what to expect next, and how to responsibly rebuild our credit. I know others that used different attorneys because they thought they were cheaper. In the long run, they spent more money and had complications with their cases. I would recommend Berry & Tripp to anyone facing bankruptcy.
