In 2013, my wife and I dropped our son off in St George, UT. to attend the local university. He was 17 and as many college students he was excited to experience life away from parents. Utah, Washington County especially, is not a lenient place to live with strict enforcement of the laws even for even minor infractions. Our son found himself in a very serious situation being charged with a motor vehicle felony. Concerned with Utahs penalties and sentencing, we could not take this lightly as our son would become a felon and ruin his life forever only after a few months in school. I searched and found Aric Cramer while my son was still in custody. I called Aric Cramer at first light Monday morning and he answered the phone. Aric was very pleasant and understanding. He immediately jumped in with both feet and within a short period, he reviewed the police report, explained the situation and the process to us. His detailed explanations and experience gave my wife and I real comfort. He stayed in constant contact with us the whole time. We felt Aric defended our son as if he was a relative and was able to reduce the charges to a misdemeanor with a small fine and probation. Unfortunately later our son found trouble again and there were several other incidents including a domestic violence charge that occurred at a home over an argument and some patio furniture damage. Fortunately Aric was able to get that charge reduced to probation and some fines. My wife and I are grateful to Aric and consider him a friend. If we lived in the same state, we would use Aric for all our business and personal matters. It is not often you meet someone in the legal system that has tremendous experience and knowledge as genuine as Aric Cramer. Grateful Concerned Parents

I got into trouble with my employer wanting me to do some illegal things. When they turned on me I was really afraid I would take the fall. After days of worrying about the problem I was convinced I needed to see how exposed I was. I looked online at every criminal attorney in St. George and called 3. Aric talked to me in person on the phone and made me feel better just setting the appointment. He suggested a very early appointment the next morning so I could get some relief and still go to work. Aric listened to my problem, gave me solid advice about what to do about the situation and gave me his card with instructions to call if things got worse. That gave me the relief I needed to be able to change jobs without worrying every time the phone rang.

My sister was threatened by her employer with charges of theft for not returning a computer that she was instructed to dispose of month before she left the company. She had disposed of it but had no record of the employer asking her to do so, so she felt extremely exposed. They wanted way more than the computer was worth and were essentially extorting her. Aric was able to reason with them and got them to agree in writing that they had indeed instructed her to dispose of it and did not hold her at all liable for it or anything else from the time of her employment. We highly recommend his services.
