DO NOT HIRE!! THEY TOTALLY MISMANAGED THE LEASE OF MY PARTIALLY FURNISHED HOME IN SAN MARCOS!!!! NO BACKGROUND CHECK WAS PERFORMED YET THEY TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN DONE), HOT TUB TORN OUT AND DESTROYED, FURNITURE GIVEN AWAY, NO INSPECTIONS WERE EVER PERFORMED!!! LATE ON MY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR, LIED TO ME EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY HOUSE! THE THEFT OF MY BELONGINGS HAPPENED IN JULY AND THEY NEVER KNEW UNTIL I MADE SURE IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE NEW LEASE. SO MUCH HEARTACHE AND ANGUISH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED HAD THEY NOT LIED AND HIDE FROM ME!
