He was on time....and very good with the service that was provided.... I would recommend Smart 72 to anyone who needs help in there home....Anything... Is was not so much the service he gave us, but the advice on all of our things here in our home.....He impressed my Wife and myself so much that we gave him other work to perform for us..... Smart 72 is much more that A/C and heating..........Give them a try....You will be surprised !!!! Thank You Smart 72 !!!!!!!!

Arnold and Shane were very helpful. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing our problem w/our new furnace and worked with the furnace manufacturer on a solution. They were able to get us some heat and they will return one more time with another Rheem part to install. Smart 72 is very thorough, neat and patient. The Office contact, Allison, has always been friendly and helpful and so has Debi who sets up the appointments. I would recommend Smart 72 to a friend.
