We were very impressed with your sales rep, Joel..This was the 2nd time we had the pleasure of his company..He helped us so much..Being new to this area..Joel answered all our questions .!!He was patient and so courteous as he made us feel very secure in many ways.Especially, in picking Cpi to provide us with our home security.You certainly have some AWESOME staff..We are very happy to have met Joel . We had a system installed last month by I think Darren, he did a fantastic job. He was very sufficient and tidy. He also answered the million questions my four year old had for him! He explained each piece to us and helped us learn about our key pad. We were not able to get our key-less entry right away becasue they did not have the color in stock, but then it took a month and a reminder call from us to get it finally installed. When the key less lock was installed it was quick and painless.

We closed on our house on a Friday and had Greg from CPI out to install our security system the very next day. Greg was awesome! He explained everything he did and made sure we were clear on how everything worked. We even did a few test runs with the door locks. Job well done greg!... Today Matt came out to install our fire alarm. Such a nice guy and works quickly. He carefully explained everything and made some helpful reccommendations we may look into. Cheers!

Since moving to the area we have had numerous appointments with various companies who simply failed to show up or notify us of their cancelation... however this gentleman came highly recommended.
