We had A/C go out with a house full of out of town guests over a holiday--argh. I completed an online form for an estimate for a replacement system as the repairs on our 20+ year old system could not be justified. I heard back from them instantly, and they coordinated the estimate for early the next morning. The estimate was reasonable, and Sandra did an exceptional job of educating us and working out our needs. Once confirming our replacement units were readily available, our team came in the following day and we have A/C again!! Luke, Mike Dave and Brandon were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of professionally. Not only were they exceptional at their respective rolls in this dual system replacement (both replacement unit and we added a new Mini-Split System in our room over the garage), they left no trace that they were even here--clean, neat, and detail oriented. We have lived in this area for 15 years, and wish we would have found Air Plus sooner. They were absolutely fantastic, and I will have confidence in using them in the future, as well as highly recommending them to my friends.

My house had two very old and inefficient HVAC systems and it was time to replace. I contacted several companies and decided to go with Air Plus. It started with Sandra, she walked thru the house, examined my old systems, listen to the issues I had been having. She was very professional and helpful. We discussed different systems pros and cons. She was great, answered all my questions and continued to work with me for several days while I researched HVAC systems and options. Then I worked with Luke and Mike for installation of 3 systems (two systems and a mini split in the FROG). They are awesome, very professional, courteous, easy to work with and always made sure I was happy. I had great experience with Air Plus, great price and awesome service.

I have always been pleased with the yearly checkups done by AirPlus. My mother also has routine check ups and she is very pleased with the also. This summer I needed to purchase a new unit. Sandra was very helpful with the estimate, scheduling, and any questions I had. She always returned calls immediately. David and Brandon were on time, worked quickly and neatly and answered all my questions while installing my unit. No one pressured me to purchase duct work, in fact, Sandra said it was not necessary at this time and the technicians made minor repairs to the existing duct work. I greatly appreciate their honesty! I highly recommend Air Plus Heating and Air!!

Two days prior to a special family gathering, both HV/AC communication boards of our dual system went out, partly due to tropical depression Bonnie. Ryan was professional and responsive in ordering parts and making two additional service calls for the repairs. (This happened one week after the priority customer service maintenance of our two HVAC systems.) Crystal was efficient in processing the parts order, in scheduling the repairs and reassuring during our phone communications. Living out of state from this vacation residence, I am extremely pleased with the competent service of AirPlus, LLC in North Charleston, SC.

I reached out to Air Plus because I was having high humidity issues in my house (70% +). It was such a problem that I was prepared to throw money at any solution that was put in front of me! Louis came out, did a walk through, talked me off the ledge and made some engineering based recommendations. In the end they were able to solve my problem simply by adjusting some settings in my systems. Since that time the humidity in my house hasnt gotten above 50% and its extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Air Plus. They are knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Good marks all around!

Needed after-hours service on a Friday afternoon to get A/C back up and running on the hottest week of the year after lightning zapped a fuse in the attic unit and Ryan showed up within an hour of our initial call. Had the air back on in a few minutes and even showed me what was going on in the attic case it happened again. We would have paid just about anything to get the house cooler quickly, but Air Plus was pretty reasonable, even after hours -- less than $175 total for our quick fix. Will be our first call in the future.

Sandra explained that the existing problem with two of our three units needed to be repaired. The other company was going to overlook the problem and just change the air conditioners out. Much different from the usual dreaded task of dealing with A/C repair. Initial contact (Christel) was outstanding as were all of the technicians that I have met so far. (I have lots of HVAC systems at a commercial location and have dealt with many of the A/C folks in the area.) So far...Air Plus has been much better than any previous experience. Their employees seem to actually care that the customer gets a good job and is happy with the end product.
