The entire team at Prime Lending was very easy to work with! I mostly worked with Aubrey and she was awesome! Completely in top of things, available after your typical "business hours" to answer any and all questions and to put those first time home buying jitters at rest. They ALL worked diligently to help me procure my first house! AND the apps they used made everything faster! I was able to do 95% of all my transactions over my smart phone, this meant I did not have to wait until the end of my work day to either go home or to their office to sign paperwork, which led to a faster loan process. I appreciate everything the team at Prime Lending did and would recommend them Highly!

If I could give less than 1 star I would! This company is a joke! They lie about closing cost.. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you closed.. When the closing costs ended up being more than I could afford I tried to back out but they offered me a "discount".. Now 3 months after we signed I am told they "forgot" to include our home owners insurance payment and I have to pay the entire amount otherwise I forfit the contract on my FHA loan and could loose my new house.. They are con artists be careful!! DO NOT WORK WITH JOSH FORD!!
