Called and got a quote and at first nice people, then all of the sudden went in and nothing was ready, nothng to sign and was told I would get money drawn out later that month... come to find out they took it out that same day... sucky then took days to get it fixed, then went back to get the stuff right the second time and they said I could not do it because they would not take power of attorney... and finally would do it but they would charge me an arm and a leg! Very unproffesional and would not be straight.. went in because I saw the reviews here but come to find out they were opposite of what it said.. would not recommend this place

I called Flor & Associates to get a copy of one of our subcontractors insurance. They were so quick to respond and so nice that I asked them to send me an application. Our previous agent had the worst customer service ever. I worked with Michelle at Flor and let me just say, BEST customer service ever! She had a quote for me the day I submitted our application and we had a new policy the next day. I can not say enough about Michelle and how super nice and professional she is. I am so, so happy that we now have an agent who will actually take care of us. Thank you Michelle!
