Not a good one.!!!! Mr. Ulrich Delafuent refused to take responsibility for failure of not adding a coverage he initially offered. I later had an incident which would have been covered had he admitted his mistake/oversight. Mr. De la Fuente never made an effort to help. I ended paying out $5,400.00 out of pocket. Had had admitted to his negligence to regional he could have back charge my account and the incident would have been covered. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with his services.
