I am deeply disappointed with their Customer Service Dept. I have had some issues with my unit and just cannot get them to respond back in a timely fashion. We purchased a new Rheem Air Conditioner and Furnace through Home Depot and Work Environmental was the vendor at the time. Dave was professional and kind. I even recommended this company to my parents who bought an entire new Air conditioning unit from them as well. I purchased an extended warranty to make sure that we are covered for any future incidentals down the road. They took my good solid concrete block and replaced it with a look a like concrete block . I have pictures to validate this. Their so called quality block is filled with Styrofoam like what is used to float a dock. I cannot get them to return my calls or to take care of the problem. Not too sure in the future if I would want to give them my hard earned money. They just seem to be kind and nice when you buy their product and all else does not matter when there is an issue. I have been trying to get some resolution for 2 days and still no return phone call. Their Customer Service Dept. gets a D - in my point of view. Might respond with a more positive comment if they come out and take care of this poor quality concrete foam material and put back a strong solid concrete block as i had before. I even commented the day they took the slab away and asked them why. Their response was that my unit would not be warranted with the existing slab. They had to put a new one there with inferior quality to keep the warranty intact .Stay tuned....

Work Environmental installed our new Trane system. Company was prompt with service at time of installation. Recently scheduled an appointment, received a call in the morning that they would be there at 12:00 noon, took lunch to go home and wait. I called them 15 minutes into it since the tech was a no show, they said they would call before they would come out. I told them I had received a call that morning from them that they would be there at 12:00, the lady made sound like it was my fault, "They might be out at noon, not will be out at noon."

My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found work environmental . We had another air conditioning service tell us we needed to replace our ac unit and we called work environmental ,they informed us we needed a new part for about $50.00 and sure enough they were right its running perfectly still.Take some great advice use work environmental
