Dream Home Mortgage is amazing. Mr. Panjwani & loan processor Ms. Vaishali did an unbelievable job & went above & beyond to help me get what I was dreaming for my “dream home”. Not only did they got my loan approved faster but they got me the lowest rate available in the market with just 5% down payment. They stood behind their word that they promised me from the start. Vaishali especially made this process really smooth. She was always there to answer any question immediately. We could close the loan in time with no hassle whatsoever. I would also like to add, that I had decided to go with different lender, but I heard about Dream home Mortgage in one of the Radio show conducted by my realtor (Mr. Kash Gaddi). Thankfully, I heard the show and I contacted you guys. It was a great experience. In the last, I would like to thank you from bottom of my heart and appreciate all your hard work to make my dream home an actual reality. I highly recommend this company for anybody looking for their home especially if you are first time buyer because they have excellent business knowledge & they take care of their clients as if they are their own family members. In my opinion I will say they are not even broker, i will say they are dream breaker. On my deal we were suppose to close on 9th, he informed the problem at the last minure on 7th that there is a problem and promise to get it closed on 14th by any chance, Me as a realtor extended the contract till 14th, then again on 12th he say he can not get rid of the problem and closing will not happen on 14th. By that time Listing agent already fed up with us and wanted confirm date when we can close, and I wanted to get firm answer then these folks stopped responding to our call it self, and now my client is on the verge of loosing his deposit money and also all the expenses in survey, appraiser and all other stuff. I will say nightmare people, I hate people when they behave irresponsible in time of crisis. They just make promise but never deliver even close. Finally Hussain called me up to delete this comment otherwise he will sue me in court, as a licensed Realtor it is my duty to warn any current and future client either mine or somebody else for any warning sign. But I will say file ultimately got closed after much ups and down on a rollercoaster ride on 19th. In my opinion I will say stay away.

It was a great pleasure in refinancing my home through the Dream Home Mortgage Company. Hussen was great in explaining the entire refinancing process and the expected time in our first meeting. The staffs were very professional and courteous during the entire refinancing process. They walked me step by step on the refinancing forms to prevent from errors and to finalize the closing on time. My closing was done on time as per the time frame I was given by Hussen. I would specially like to thank Vaishali as she was a great help during the entire refinancing process. In addition, Hussen was always very helpful and cordial during the entire process. I highly recommend Dream Home Mortgage to everyone out there looking for financing their homes. Worst experience. Hussain Punjwani and his staff never or seldom calls back. I was calling back and forth for almost 2 months and no result what so ever. Whatever they say on radio is a joke/lie. I went to other lender and that gentleman came back to me within couple of hours with the outcome. Did not wanted to give one star but had no choice. Please do not get deceived with fake 5 star reviews.

I closed on Fri last week (March 30th) and from the get go Hossein was very clear about what he can and cannot do. At the time of closing the closing costs from the Title company were different from what we had discussed and to my surprise and admiration Hossein honored his commitment to me and made up the difference on the spot.
