Use to do loans for a lot of years and never had a problem.So last summer I got a loan and paided weekly do to working out of town but be very aware they took my money like nothing and for 250.00 the came to the town I work took my vehicle and now they what me to pay towing and the loan plus there charge daily and the want everything penny up front or u lost your vehicle to them.So be aware because there after your vehicle any little reason you will be without one.And never did they say nothing to me about nothing besides I was pass due if the manager would had told to pay the little past due I would have done but never did they bother so be aware.

My experience with vip finance was great from the beginning to end...The process was very short. The office staff is very professional and the young lady who works in the office, I know her name but unsure of the correct spelling has the best customer skills, I have seen in a very long time. When I found myself in need of a car title loan, I did my homework to find the best rate. I went to VIP Finance in Arlington who had the best offer with a 1 year term. Everyone there was very nice and answered all my questions. If I need another one, I will go back to them. A++
