Was there today at 9am on a Monday morning. I needed new stickers for my car. I walked in and saw a sign for "express stickers". I was next. In and out in less than 10 mins. Marsha was nice and professional. The ONLY thing i did not understand was the number system. I did not pull a number but I saw people who were filling things out sitting who did pull one. Maybe the number system is for those with a truckload of extra things that require time. As for me, I just needed a sticker.

slow service ,workers have bad attitudes,the computers are always down.not sure why they wont close this down or start all over. if you dont have 45 mins on any given day,dont do it.

The last time experience was good. Totally different from the prior years. Not crowded. But officers are still not smiling. By the way, overall experience is much better.

There for about an hr. 30 mins before my number was called. Employee was pleasant. Some of the staff is dressed inappropriately. But everyone had a good attitude.

Their number system is faulty they pick who they want to pick when they want to they give bad information and the slowest BMV I have ever been to in Cleveland
