I can say this is a job for those who are just starting in life or in between jobs, my experience with the group had me employed nearly 3 years, I was able to go to school and get into an alternate career. Be warned though if you do not have the patience to handle the same monotonous activities day after day this is not for you. On the phones all day answering folks who know nothing as to which they are calling and yet expect that you can wave a wand and fix it all. Best of luck to you, just remember not to make it a career unless you can handle it.

Teleperformance is a great call center. The front desk people are very friendly and always ready to assist you. I also worked here for 2 months the trainers are great it is overall a great atmosphere highly recommended.

Not worker friendly. Fear of termination is used to keep employees in line. Forced to work 10 hour days where a holiday is included in the work week. Minimum wage or close to minimum wage.

No real room for improvement, no strong management, filled with drug users and losers. So basically they employ most of sierra vista. Good luck getting out of this hell hole.
