I hired this company to handle a couple transactions and dealt with the owner / manager. It took over 3 months to complete. Terrible communications. They did not return several phone call messages nor did they respond to email messages. The only thing they were good at was making excuses. When I tried to reach the owner / manager the staff said she had personal problems and was out of the office. I sure wish they told me this before I started with them. There has to be much a much better and more professional service in the Tampa area. I strongly recommend you do not use this business. I rate them "Terrible".

Sent paperwork by FedEx on Friday with prepaid FedEx return envelope. Was told I would know the amount owed on Mon. Direct wired amount owed to their bank account on Mon. and was told paperwork would be sent Tues.Called Tues. and was told paperwork would go out Wed. morning. Called Wed and was told owner had to verify funds were received even though they were direct wired.Called Wed night and was told paperwork sent. Called Thurs. to get tracking # and found package was sent Thurs. to arrive Fri. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Great service. I purchased a vehicle in 2005 that incorrectly had a lien attached to it by a dealership who permanently closed without updating the FLDMV records. The DMV told me I needed an attorney to register it, which I put off until 2017. Brenda quickly sorted out the defunct lien, finally clearing the title. She then registered the vehicle in my name and sent me the plate, saving me a trip to the DMV.

Incredibly fast and easy process. I was a little skeptical but was proven wrong. They were amazing, fast, and 100% trustworthy. I do not like waiting hours in a line at DMV and Florida Fast Title made it so simple at an incredibly reasonable cost. I found them on the web through a search and am so happy I tried them.
