They tell you one thing over the phone but when ya get there its something totally different. Nobody is on the same accord as far as pertinent info for consumers are concerned. They need weekly in services for dept ethics, conduct and be trained on literature.

Unhelpful and rude workers. Brought in the required documents and they would not accept them. Even though my room mate used the same ones to get their state ID. It was even listed as an acceptable document on one of their own signs.
