Went to the ER here about a year ago complaining about pain and numbness in my arms, legs, and abdomen. Waited for seven and a half hours, I was examined for a “stroke”. When the second test came back negative I was discharged with a diagnosis of neuropathy. Saw a nurse practitioner about a week later and she was amazed they didn’t have a doctor check me out or have a mri done. I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and everything I feel with my hands is pure pain. I wonder if it was caught earlier I could still feel everyday things. Like my wives skin or my dogs fur. At least I have a $2000 ER bill to remember the good times I used to have. #sarcastic #poorservice #expensive #evil at its best.

Will definitely try Hendricks next time. Rude staff at check in, most working there aren’t concerned about patient care. They checked me in as a 5 year old boy instead of a 45 year old female and made me stand around until they could figure out how to fix their mistake (I was the only one there checking in). I begged the nurse to just let me lay down since I was so sick and she wouldn’t see me or let me lay down because the paperwork was wrong. There was one nurse who was nice and she seemed concerned about me feeling better but everyone else was bothered that they had to do their job.

HORRIBLE...very rude, cold, bad attitudes. 65 yrs, old and they left me laying on the floor crying and going into shock for 15 minutes. triage is a nightmare and a doctor named richard needs to find employment elsewhere as he could not even recognize that i was in shock and threatened me because i could not stop crying. the emerg. rm director - craig - just laughed when i tried to file a complaint. i am reporting them to every agency i can find.

Very Poor nursing care! More impressed with writing on their daily board and using the script "and I have the time" Overall if you use this facility be aware that communication is bare minimum, most of the nurses are rented out and do not understand the culture. Be aware that you will probably have doors swung open in the middle of the night, no one to check your IV or your breath sounds.

Triage nurses post ER waiting room were rude and ignorant after making snide remarks about my wife and sons medical history. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Vicki was a gem and was a great nurse but good luck getting past the clucking hens in the triage on your way to urgent care. This is the first one star i have ever given. They managed to sour even the nicest of people.

HORRIBLE!!! this is supposed to be the emergency room for a reason. I was there for more than 2 hours in pain along with many sick children. Plus the desk girls, except for one, where rude and had bad attitudes including one dark heavy man that kept giving people nasty looks. This is a horrible experience to go thru in a hospital when you really need help.

This is the ER with billboards all over town that say 30 minutes. I waited for two hours, in excruciating pain. All the while, two teen girls in the ER lobby played loud music, with profanity, and sang along. A miserable, horrible waiting experience in every respect. The staff were nice and helpful, it just took way too long to get help.

Just had my daughter here and it was ok. Some nurses were really sweet and I enjoyed them. I had to constantly call the nurse for everything and you would think they would check on you on their own after abdominal surgery. The food was some of the worst food I have ever had. Make sure to bring your lunch if your staying here.

My 90 year-old father-in-law was a patient on the 5th floor for the last three weeks of his life. He was treated with kindness and compassion by all of the nurses and administrators he encountered. We cannot speak highly enough about the treatment he received.

You are better off seeing a vet. This place has no sense of urgency at all. They are illequipped to provide a diagnosis because they never have a doctor that can spend more than 10 seconds with u. I went twice for what ended up being an appendisitis.... HORRIBLE

Had severe back problems, went to the ER. Their policy says 30 min or less. Checked in and Had to wait for almost 3 hours while in great pain. People that came in after me were seen before me. Worst 3 hours of my life

After transporting many people in my career this is the worst emergency room I have ever been to. As soon as I walk in to the ER they do not want anything to do with patients. They neglect their patients. March 2014

Spent a total of 2 1/2 hrs which is NOTHING compared to midland memorial hospital. The staff was friendly and the doctor did great job at finally figuring out what was wrong unlike the idiots in midland.

Falsely accused by the nursing staff and was harassed. I am very upset with the hospital and if I have a choice, I will never go back.
