I would like to pass along accolades to three people in your shop who helped me late on afternoon at the end of the week before Christmas. I was trying to get information to my mortgage so that we could close our roofing claim file. Because of them, we were able to get our check and close that claim-loss right before New Years. Two of those employees I am sorry to say that I can’t remember their names, but they are your receptionist and a stocky built guy. Along with them was Tamara. You have a good team, and I am very proud to be covered and represented by you all.

The worst agency I have EVER had to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disorganized. I would get three different biulls with three different quotes each time a bill was due. They were never able to tell me the actual amount owed. The last straw was THEY SENT ME A REFUND FOR OVER PAYMENT AND A BILL FOR THE SAME AMOUNT IN THE SAME ENVELOPE. I will never use Ted Heaton Again. I have no positive things to say about them except they are positively criminal. If you value your insurance score and finances STAY AWAY.

I have been with State Farm: Ted Heaton III for 15+ years now. I started with Auto, then added renters shortly after. I have never had any issues with claims and they have always been extremely fast to respond with issues/concerns. I now have 3 auto policies, home owners, and boat insurance through Ted Heaton. I will always Highly recommend them, Like I did for my brother and mom who also have policies with them. I went by the office during my lunch break to get a quote for my wife and I on our two cars. Katie showed me where I was over insured in a couple areas and under insured in others. After we talked for a few minutes I was able to get what I needed for a price I was happy with. Katie did a great job following up with me and getting me taken care of very quickly! She owned my customer experience from start to finish like pro! I will absolutely recommend Ted Heaton State Farm to all my friends and family.

I have had State Farm Ins for 45 yrs. I have had insurance with you Ted for 29 yrs. I wanted you to know how I have appreciated the excellent sevice you have provided over us over the yrs. I always get a helpful and understanding person when I deal with you or your staff. Both my daughters have auto. home and renters ins with you. I guess they are just carrying on the tradition and in the same time receiving the same good service my wife & I have received.
