I can say with confidence that The Higgins Firm is an authentic team of lawyers who are responsive, cordial and an overall pleasure to work with. After calling a multitude of other lawyers in the Nashville area, I was either rejected or unimpressed with their handling of my precarious situation which involved a personal injury. I figured it was time to draw up a will, power of attorney and such, so I just looked online for a resource. The Higgins firm came up, it had estate planning, so I just gave them a call. It turned out to be a great choice. Attorney Don Byrd is not just knowledgeable in estate law, he’s a warm person and walked me through everything, answered all my questions, researched some unique issues I had and came back with honest answers… and bonus… he specializes in copyright law too! After my will was signed, I was worried about one thing I wanted to add. He let me come back a week later to change it at no charge just so I’d be comfortable with it. Nursing home negligence is common and their malpractice caused serious injury that eventually resulting in death. We found this lawyer to be extremely experienced. Returns phone calls.
