Ok, let me start by saying that I am not the type to write reviews. Even having receiving bad service in the past, still was not enough for me to write a review, but this case is different. I received such good customer service from two particular employees. Yani Cardenty and Dianna Hogue that I felt compelled to let others experience what actual good customer service is. We all know how stressful and difficult the home buying experience could be. I have to say that was no the case when I came to Cottrell Law and Title group. They were very attentive and answered all my questions and trust me, with it being my first buying experience I had more than a couple questions. So, Yani worked with me one on one and helped me get thru those points in the home buying process where the stress is too much and you want to walk away. She was right there to walk me through it.
