My eight-month pregnant Bride was in a car accident involving a drunk driver. Dealing with a hospital visit, recovery, rental car, two insurance companies, and an active toddler was overwhelming. Dirk and his team took the administrative burden off our shoulders and allowed us to focus on our family. We went from spending hours on the phone dealing with insurance adjusters and getting nowhere, to recieving updates on quick resolutions that were happening. We were fought for and cared for.
