This is the biggest bunch of crooks you will ever meet taking on false debt and harassing and reporting false information to the credit bureau. Inform the attorney general,sec of state and BBB if you have same problems with this unethical business. Collecting a debt is one thing if it is legitimate but I asked several times when they called to send me the proof of the debt and until 3 weeks after I filed a BBB complaint I got a bunch of fabricated lies on paper that I will now share with the attorney General on this unethical Business. I would not hire these people to do anything

These people are so rude and honestly do not know how they can collect on a debt that is not valid. I get iccp and the bad book keeper at a daycare turned in a debt that the state has paid and now they are collecting on me. I turned in proof that I got from the state of what she was paid but they will not remove it from collections. They will not even give me any kind of help as far as if they can take it to court already so I can show the judge the lady got paid its just sitting in collections and on my credit for over half a year now

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to work with such a professional and reasonable company. My account representative went above and beyond to help me settle my account. I was honest and open with them and they were fair with me. I owed the debt and it felt great to get rid of the burden. You can approach this company with confidence that they will treat you fairly if you are honest and fair with them.

This place needs to be shut down. Basically an attorney is killing two birds with one stone and making plenty of money to boot. He collects and then threatens. I am not sure this is legal as it seems a conflict of interests to both collect money and be in a position to do so, and then use the power of law to threaten all in one place. Seems like a loop hole for mafia behavior.

As the client using their services...I would say they are poor compared to Bonneville Collections....the other service we use. Our check for this month was $20.01...Nothing I would think to brag about! I find the staff when you call not to be very friendly or professional.We have gradually stopped sending any new business to them.

Collection Bureaus and collection agents are never popular, so the fact that there is negative feedback should not surprise anyone. We have had decent and successful experience using CBI Inc. to collect some unpaid debt owed to our business thus far and will continue to be clients.

I have filed my complaint with the BBB. They keep contacting me by phone despite never giving permission to do so. Requested debt validation and still they called me. Taking it to a whole new level.

My husband paid off his collections account in 2012 and despite numerous calls to this agency (when they assured us that it was closed and reporting as such) it is still being reported as open in 2015.
