I was represented by David Raybin and 100% would recommend his services if you are in need of a top notch defense attorney. David took the time to get to know myself and my situation, routinely answering emails as late as 11 PM at night. Coming from the fast paced business world, I was used to having communication answered quickly and had no expectations on how long it would take for a lawyer to answer my many questions - throughout the 3 month process David routinely kept me in the loop, replied to emails, and proactively reached out. I never felt out of the process, rushed off the phone, or like I was just a number. This, coupled with his straightforward demeanor and never sugar coating any possible outcome made me feel at ease - never once did he tell me what I wanted to hear which I appreciated. As far as the court case went, never once did he promise me anything and routinely told me that we would work aggressively to get the best possible outcome. It was this straightforward talk that kept my mind right all the way until the pre-trial hearing. Upon walking into the courtroom I could tell how influential David was in the legal community in Nashville based on the reception he received. The court officers, judge, and other lawyers shook hands with him upon entering which I noticed was treatment no other lawyer received. He was able to negotiate an outcome better than I had even hoped and allow me the chance to continue to live my life. David also looked me in the eye and gave me strict instructions on his expectations of me even though our case had been concluded - finishing with advice on how to maintain a healthy and balanced life. My family and I are grateful for the services David has provided, and anybody in need of a top notch lawyer would be wise to retain his services.

Sarah Richter Perky at Hollins, Raybin & Weissman was my attorney in my rough and difficult custody battle and I cannot say enough good things about her. She masterfully handled the case through its many unfortunate twists and turns. She is very attentive to details, sharp, and provides wise counsel. She did an amazing job at the trial, proving perjury by the accuser within a few minutes of testimony. She exposed the lies after a quick perusal of the many case documents that I was only able to provide her at the last minute, during the trial. She handled my case with great sympathy and care, especially where it involved the child. There were a few emergency situations involving the child and she moved extremely quickly to get the tricky situations resolved in the best interest of the child. During an emergency, she constantly kept in touch with me even though she was in court that day for another trial. On occasion, I would tire of the process and be willing to concede some points but she strictly put her foot down and told me "no" - she was right, we won the point eventually. I truly feel Sarah was a Godsend to help me and my child during the toughest times in my life. If you are in a tough spot, you definitely want Sarah Perky on your side. Everyone at the firm was very helpful throughout the process. Ben Raybin stepped in for a day when Sarah was held up in another case and he too masterfully handled the issue of the day. I very highly recommend the firm.

When my ex filed for a divorce, I fully believed it would be fair and amicable, because that’s what we agreed to. However, then I received a proposal from her attorney. What she believed to be fair was for me to take on all the debt and for her to take all the equity in the house along with taking the kids more than 80% of the time in order to fully maximize her child support payment. I knew at that moment this process was not going to be as amicable as we discussed. I received several recommendations for attorneys from friends, which I called and/or met with personally. However, I just did not feel comfortable with or like any of them. I then received a referral from a close friend (also an attorney) to meet with Sarah Perky. I knew after our initial consult that she was the right attorney to represent me. Sarah did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or dealing with any sort of child custody issues. She knows the law well and knows how to get things done. Sarah is also extremely personable and caring. When you hire Sarah, you are getting someone who genuinely cares and treats you like a brother or sister. Bottom-line: Sarah fought for me without spending money unwisely and got me what I always felt was fair and reasonable, along with greatly increasing the amount of days I get with my kids.

Although I did not know much about the firm other than their reputation on the Internet, I quickly learned that the reputation was well earned (and probably underestimated)! Although I was coming from out of state, they responded so quickly and professionally that I had no issues whatsoever with any court deadlines. Mrs. Sarah Richter Perkey was the lawyer working on my case. Although her impressive credentials and record speak for themselves, I cannot offer high enough praise for her integrity and professional ability. When I read the documents that she prepared, I was profoundly impressed with the eloquently expressed, impeccably researched and flawlessly logical arguments. I am the parent of Jordan Norris, the young man who was tased more than 40 times by the Cheatham Co. Sheriff’s Dept. We contacted David Weissman and Benjamin Raybin to discuss suing the sheriff’s dept. I had previously contacted 4 other firms and had been turned down. Mr. Weissman & Mr. Raybin saw the photo evidence of Jordan’s tasing burns and immediately scheduled a consultation with us. Several months and several meetings later, we have settled this suit very much to our liking. Throughout this experience, Mr. Weissman & Mr. Raybin worked diligently and professionally, with the highest standards, keeping us informed and answering every single question or concern. We never felt left out, or wondered what was going on. I was injured in an automobile accident. My brother referred me to Dave Weissman. Dave got me into his office as soon as could due to the holidays and started the ball rolling on my case.
