Absolutely horrendous experience with Cedar Bluff branch. Employees created a mirrored (fake) account under our name and moved all our money from our joint account to this mirrored account. Employees then tried to send it overseas. 3 weeks later we still dont have our money and no one is able to help because management is on paid leave due to not being trust worthy. No clue if the culprit has been caught. Do not bank here!!!

The front-desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, the investment staff, Merryl-Lynch reps and even the bank manager, can be outright arrogant and will not hesitate twice to sometimes go back their own words. Extremely bad experience opening an account. They even told me, "we value you more once you are our partners, not so much before that" (i.e., $3M investment into BOA). Will never invest with them at this location.

Worst bank i ever been in there check cashing system is horrid if u dont have a acount no other bank ive been in does this the staff are rude flys and nates flying around buging u while they keep u there for 40 min in line twice its the worst bank i ever seen

Treat everyone like crap . The have no customer service skills . Dont call the 800 number they are just as rude and no help ! Waste of time !Do not ever use this bank for anything . Dont accept a check from anyone who banks with them either .

A bank teller should NEVER screw up and deposit money in the wrong account by overlooking a digit! WOW! Boa was originally an Italian central bank called the world bank, supporting boa is making Italian investors rich!
