I learned of Marlene Marshall from one of my best friends at a time when I NEEDED assistance with a condo I was buying. I called Marlene and left a (desparate) voice message. Not only did she call me back within an hour, she made room for a one hour visit to discuss my issues in person that same day!!! Home buying can be full of anxiety, especially when dealing with new construction as I was, and Marlene helped calm me down and put things in perspective.
