I hate this particular club because of these bad experiences. Tire Department: Worst department which you will never get a service from I changed my tires and battery as Sams Club. They tell bunch of bullshit features that come for free with tire replacement. Since January of 2014 i have been trying to get my tires rotated. Till now i tried four times. Every time i hear some nonsensical reasons like you have to wait for 2 hours because 4 cars are in front of you; we are going for lunch hence not accepting cars etc. If you go to any regular oil change places they change oil and rotate tires in 20 minutes. I am not sure why this department slackers need hours to do the same. I hate this department so much i am almost giving up on Sams club because of this. Over all: Finding an employee to get help is nearly impossible Any time you have a question about the product location or bring products from storage area you will never find an employee. You have to rush to the check out lines or service centers and ask them to page for an employee. This center is shittiest of all Sams club i believe. They need more employees just every where.

Not usually one to leave a bad review but when ordering a cake from the bakery the woman made me wait until she was done with the dishes to give me service ( about 5 minutes)then the service she gave me was that of which I was interrupting her and when I had to correct the spelling of my daughters name she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else.
