In mid-May, after purchasing a home, we discovered that our crawl space had accumulated a mass of grey water from a leaking shower drain that went undetected for years. The smell in the crawlspace was horrific. To make matters worse we also found a big old dead rat in the middle of the grey water pond submerged is a pool of rodent feces. I had to react quickly to take care of this biohazard and my first call was to Servplus. Servplus came to the rescue immediately and assessed my crawl space problem. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and completed the job on the spot. Keith, the foreman for the project was awesome!! He was extremely confident and knowledgeable reviewing the exact procedures to be used in disinfecting the soil, removing the contaminants, and disposing the toxic visqueen poly sheeting from the crawl space. The Servplus staff are also specialists in dealing with insurance claims and do all the heavy lifting. They have special software that codes your services maximizing your insurance dollars. These guys came recommended to me by Pacific Plumbing and Drain since I needed some damages resolved on top of the plumbing issues we were experiencing. They no-showed/no-called during the timeframe they were supposed to arrive and the owner kept insisting an employee was on his way for over 3 hours. I missed a day of work for nothing on top of this. Just stay away and save yourself the time...the other low reviews should be an indicator.

Excellent Service!! Jake and Tommy were at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call to ServPlus. They quickly cleaned up the mess caused by the leaking drain pipe in the house crawl space. Thanks to their quick work, I was able to get a plumber in to replace that pipe. Great job!
