I contacted Sam about two years ago as I was considering leaving another insurance company. I had been a long-term customer of another insurance carrier (30+ years) but felt it was time to make a change. From my first contact with Sam, he was very responsive and helpful. He patiently walked me through the entire process of changing insurance for my house and cars. He even recommended some changes to my policies which had never been done by my former agent/company. I have been a very happy customer since that time. I only regret not making the change much sooner. I am happy to recommend Sam and his agency. They are all very responsive, professional, and helpful.

Great staff, prompt service and an overall genuine approach to doing business. Prior to being a member of State Farm and “The Sady Bunch”, making policy changes was a painful experience for me. They are always looking out for my best interest and I’ve never had that “oh, here we go again” feeling when they are talking about additional services.
