Have had a good experience with Kemba until I went to get pre qualified for a mortage. No communication what so ever. Needed a pre approval letter to view a home we wanted to offer on and we would have been out of luck if using Kemba. Would have taken over one week of get pre qualified and I went somewhere else. Brandon Cooper at First Ohio hime mortgage got me pre qualified in about two hours and the whole home buying experience has been bliss with them ever since.

I should I learn my lesson the 1st time I went back to this bank open Another account. Madeline Stille is a very shady individual .... My debit card was cancelled due to entering wrong pin #, not a problem. My issue was I never received notification of this. I tried the Kemba thing , Just not up to date with the other banks, will be closing out account tomorrow.

Tried to get pre approved for mortgage loan. Took 4 days to a call back to my voice mail. Wendy never did answer phone or return a call. Unacceptable business.
