the people down there need to be more professional .they should own up to their mistakes i think that office needs to be monitor because there are people in that office you may no and they will sit around and talk about you and if the are childish they let their personal feeling get in the way of their job..i had a friend that told me she talk to a lday from the agency they thought she walked out the building and she didnt she heard them talking about her..they also need to learn how the new programs they ae given..i went two yrs without any asst..me and my family had not money at all not a cent..they told me they couldnt help me it wasnt until three months before my retirement came i went back down; there and the new manager told me i was eilgible for asst..i tell you if you feel that you are being disrespect and talk to like trash..etc you should reach out to someone outside of the agency

I, like many people was lured into this office of deceit and lies with the promise of assistance when life got hard. I recently lost my job and have never had food assistance before and having found myself homeless I very much need the help while getting back on my feet. According to the liars as this office my card was mailed 3 weeks ago. Lie after lie I was told, being led to believe that I would be having food in my belly for soon. Now I am being told that I need to attend classes and do community service for the assistance I am receiving. However they have given absolutely no assistance. This government program is using homeless people to do labor and then leaving them without any of the promises they made fulfilled. Do not trust these people to ever do what they say they will. They are deceptive and misleading and have made my Christmas one without a hot meal.

Some of you people are very rude and unappreciative. You are not owned anything. These government workers and overworked and underpaid. If you think it is so bad at this office, try going to Franklin County where the office you go to is decided by where you live. You have to get there at 7am and average length of time you will spend there is 4-7 hrs in order to be seen. If that is not enough for you try the BMV where you could waiting 2-4 hours to just get tags for your vehicle. Enjoy your day !
