Went there at 2:30 in the afternoon and despite being a preferred customer, the wait time is ridiculous. They only have 2 associates to open an account. Disappointed. Will open a new account some other place.

Made an appointment yet had to wait for 35 minutes to be attended. Very slow service. And they say they provide notary service which are only for signatures not for certification of documents.

It is a very busy bank. Only one or two tellers available. No receptionist to help and the ATM always has waiting long line. In general has poor costume service for so much people.

The worst experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. They are just terrible. I left after waiting half an hour. I think they should just close
