I have banked with Bank of America for nearly 15 years and have lived all over the country. In most instances, I have been met with good and efficient customer service. Not the case with this branch. This is actually the branch I opened my account with all those years ago and I remember the service being significantly better than it is now. In my most recent experiences, the man who sits in the front desk, Giancarlo has been exceptionally rude to me on both occasions. The service is obscenely slow and it has been an overall miserable experience each I time I have had to conduct business there. Seriously considering switching to a new bank.
Terrible service at the teller counter with twelve people waiting and only one teller working. After 20 mins standing in line, when i reached the teller, Charmaine, who was terribly slow by the way, said I would have to use the ATM to deposit the check. [email protected]! When i approached the branch manger Geneva Brooks, she said the same thing. Beyond the terrible service and long wait, it was the pathetic attitude and the insulting tone of both the teller and her so called branch manager Geneva, was very disappointing. Will be closing my account and moving my business to a bank that respects it.
Terrible slow service no body at the bank Lobby for guests to sign in, no sign in sheet to keep a line. No customer service at front desk to answer general questions. I waited 20 mins just to find out my job could be done at the teller station
Saturdays are the worst manager just stands around not helping while 2 tellers have to do all the work with a huge line, good job on the tellers poor management skills get behind the glass and help them!
