I was extremely dissappointed by the whole experience. I was in Wilmington for the day and decided to have an oil change while waiting for a friend to have lunch. Staff seemed very friendly, and initially I was told I had to wait for about 80 min. It seemed a reasonable time since I had had no appointment. After 2 hours, I was still waiting... I almost demanded they would finish quicklier or else cancel it since I was late for the lunch rezervation. After 15 min I could pick up the car, already very late. While I was driving home, I noticed the engine light was on. I called AAA and asked them what that could mean, maybe something that they might have forgotten. They asked me to come to the service location to have the car checked, and I was told that if there was something, it would not be related to the oil change. I was already home, 100 miles away from Wilmington. I took the car to a place near my home, and after I payed around $100 to have the engine checked, I was told that the problem was a clam that was not fixed during the oil change. I got that fixed, the engine light was off, but I had to pay extra for a negligence during a routine job, not to mention the time I had spent waiting. Very unprofessional.

On time and fair price. Ordered 4 new tires and had them shipped to the shops location. Had to call the shop to setup a time to install the tires, after the tires where delivered (they where supposed call me when they where delivered). Tried to upsell an alignment before they even looked at the car.
