AAA Travel Review -- We recently returned from a fabulous vacation on the Viking Ingvi longboat river cruise from Basel, Switzerland to Amsterdam. We had a pre-cruise extension in Montreux, Switzerland on Lake Geneva. This well-thought-out package arranged through AAA and Jennifer Steinheiser became a reality and met all of our expectations. Her expert advice made this trip one of our most memorable vacations ever. Advanced planning is an absolute must and AAA provided exactly that. The Rhine Get-Away in late August was perfect. The boat was beautiful and the stops along the Rhine were wonderful. Services aboard the Ingvi were everything we expected and then some. We are already planning another vacation with Jennifer for next September. Thanks for making this a bucket-list dream come true. Tom and Sylvia

I was so disappointed. I was towed there from my home, because the check engine light came on. I had to wait for 4 hours due to they said that they had a heavy schedule that day. They also said that some of the mechanics worked past their normal scheduled lunch hour. As a result of this , most of them were gone at the same time. Then I was told that the mechanic that had my work order was gone to lunch, and would work on my vehicle when he returned. After 4 hours I was told that due to the codes on the printout, they were unable to assist me . I was then charged. What ever happened to staggering lunch hours, so that someone would be there to service customers. Also, since this mechanic would not be available, why not give work order to another mechanic?

Today was my first day for a new job and I caught a flat tire on the way to work. I stopped at the WT Harris AAA location to only be treated with utmost urgency and respect. When I tell you the manager Randy was extraordinary, I think it may be an understatement. This guy and his staff was absolutely AWESOME!!! The service was very efficient and the service was pretty fast. If you are ever in need please stop at this place THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!!!!!!

I had a tire blow out on I-77S. Matthews Towing towed my car to AAA Carolinas. They responded very quickly, and I was at there at the shop within 30 minutes of calling the AAA hotline. Alan was very courteous and professional. The service at the shop was VERY quick, the price was low, and the employees were extremely friendly, and kept me updated on all progress. Would definitely use again!

I had multiple services performed on my vehicle. Mark gave me great customer service with updates throughout the process and pricing estimates for different aspects of the work. AAA did a great job on the repairs and the pricing was more than fair.

Efficient and timely service. I have used this location for new tires, alignment, oil changes, and fluid maintenance. They gave me a courtesy ride home and back when needed. Price was equal too or less than others when I shopped prices.
