Christmas Eve 2011 I proposed to my wife and 20 minutes later I was involved in an accident where someone ran a red light and within the blink of an eye I was climbing out of my truck trying to figure out what had happened. I spent Chrstmas day and night in the Hospital and was very fortunate to "walk away" with my life. The next day I called James Scott Farrin and the very next day they had a representative at my home as I could not walk or hardly breath. From the beginning they were compassionate and professional. It took some time to get this case to where I wanted it to go and special thanks to Mike Sheppard and Vanice Reilly for their diligence and kindness during this painful and horrific deal. They kept in constant contact with me and were always available to answer my questions even when I was freaking out. Have recommended them ever since and will continue to do so. It was not a major injury but I felt like I was treated like their clients with more serious claims. Tana Remington was my case manager and our communication over the months was easy and appropriate.
