There is no unkind word when it comes to defining Whitley Law Firm as a strong legal counsel. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ben Whitley when I injured myself on the job. He then began to work diligently on my case to ensure that I receive all the benefits owed to me. My first case worker was Joceyln, who would eventually be reassigned to other cases, and she battled for me when the insurance company stalled and sputtered on my payments. I was then introduced to Michele, with whom I had many pleasant conversations and who battled equally as hard to make certain all continued to go smoothly for me. Ben then walked me through the later processes of the case and continued to battle and negotiate for the best possible settlement that could be expected in my case. I feel very Blessed to have made the call to not only the right Law Firm, but the ONLY Law Firm to represent me! Whitley Law Firm literally saved my life. I was injured at work and was at the mercy of workmans comp. Instead of helping me get the care I needed to return to work they were more focused on vetting me and discrediting my pain.
