When the future of your life and family are on the line, there is a fear and hopelessness that often seizes upon you. This past year has been the most challenging of my entire life. Yet I would not be here to share these thoughts if it had not been for Attorney Patrick Roberts and his office staff at Roberts Law Group. I was involved in a situation that broke me as a human being, a father and a husband to my core and I needed help. I found the Roberts Law Group searching on the Internet for someone who could understand my situation, defend me and help guide me through the process. When my wife and I first met with Attorney Roberts we knew we had come to the right person. He was upfront and transparent with his experience, fees, the various options in approaching this type of case, the seriousness of the situation, and possible outcomes; even helping me to locate the professional therapy I was looking for and needed. From the very first meeting, Attorney Roberts and his staff were encouraging, supportive and helped me have the courage to face what lay ahead. After careful review of the evidence, Attorney Roberts laid out his primary objectives and strategies for achieving those objectives. Placing complete trust in his representation, he and his team went to work. They were all extremely professional, respectful and supportive throughout the case. Attorney Roberts effectively communicated progress as needed and worked with the prosecution to reach an agreement. At the final sentencing, he was able to negotiate a judgement significantly reduced from what was originally charged, including no prison time. It’s been about a year now since engaging the services of the Roberts Law Group and they have stood by me every step of the way, even after the judgement to help with a clarifying motion that resulted in an order improving my situation further. It would be impossible to adequately relay how spiritually, emotionally and physically overwhelming this burden has been. Yet God put Attorney Roberts in our path which has helped give me, my wife and children hope for a better future. While the journey still continues, and will for a long time to come, I am committed to getting better, being better and paying it forward. I had a bad experience with this law firm. I called to confirm in advance that they could provide the services my friend needed. After driving 3 hours, he was told they would have to check to see if they could represent him. What good did it do to call? Not very professional.

If you want a lawyer to completly do the opposite of what you pay for then i highly suggest this firm. Kevin Marcilliate was was this worst lawyer and was not even on time for the actual case. The court appointed lawyer was a huge step up. Stay away from this scam firm.
